Description:

Platja del Port de Pollença or Llenaire is situated at 1 nautical mile from Port de Pollença, between Platja de Can Cullerassa and Port de Pollença.

This extremely long sandy area, which is very narrow at the same time, has suffered a regeneration and an artificial expansion with the introduction of coarse-grained sand.

Anchoring: The marine and underwater conditions in this bay are not the best ones for anchoring boats, because there is a maximum depth of two metres at a small distance from the coast on a sandy ground, and the strong wind blows from the east, southeast and south. Nevertheless during the summer there are lots of sailing boats anchoring in this area.

Mooring buoys: At a well sheltered former anchorage west of Punta de la Avanzada, only a mile east of Puerto Pollensa, we can find mooring buoys for yachts up to 15 meters (From 1st June to 30th September):

Bookings can only be made through the website www.balearslifeposidonia.eu. Bookings can be made between 20 and 1 day before (until 5 p.m.) the date requested and for a maximum of two consecutive nights every six natural days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you have a reservation for one or two nights and you arrive later than 6.30 p.m., you will lose your reservation.

In case of coming to a field of buoys and finding it occupied, it is not permitted to anchor on the posidonia and you will have to look for a sandy area outside the perimeter of the field of buoys in order to avoid damage of a plant and to enjoy a safer anchorage.
