Description:
At 4.2 nautical miles from Port Colonia de Sant Jordi. Ii is the southernmost beach on Majorca. It limits with the Can Curt islet to the west and Sa Punta Negra to the east, where you can see an escar used by fishermen.
Es Caragol offers clear waters, white sand and dunes that extend a mile inland. The number of visitors is low due to difficult access by land. Its length is 500 meters by 60 meters wide.
Anchoring: Open to the southeast, south and southwest and with banks of sand that extends about 200 m in some areas; it requires us to use the echo-sounder.
We drop anchor on a sandy ground with some rocks at a depth of 3 to 6 meters.
